On 23 March 2023 Global Health EDCTP3 hosted its first 2023 Info day. The event provided potential applicants with specific information on the Global Health EDCTP3 calls for proposals and funding opportunities under Work Programme 2023, as well as information on eligibility criteria and other relevant administrative matters.
The event also gave further guidance to, in particular, research stakeholders based in Africa regarding participation in Global Health EDCTP3 projects and potential membership to the EDCTP Association.
Global Health EDCTP3 invited African and European researchers and innovators as well as citizens and all interested stakeholders to take part in the Info Day.
ESASTAP is a collaboration between the Department of Science and Innovation, partnering member states and the European Commission. The programme’s main objective is to strengthen ties within the field of science, technology and innovation. Funding for projects, mainly sourced from both the Department of Science and Innovation of the Republic of South Africa and the European Commission.
